What is needed to be a Realtransfer customer?

Mandatory Documents / Information:

  • Original and valid identification document (National Identity Card or Residence);
  • Full Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Profession.

You should also inform the beneficiary data:
Note: Required Copy Delivery of the Beneficiary Identification Document.

Brazil:
  • Full Name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • CPF Number (physical account) / CNPJ (legal account);
  • Full Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Bank Name;
  • Agency Number;
  • Account Number and Type (Current / Savings).

Angola and Namibia:
  • Full Name, Full Address and Phone Number;

USA and Europe:
  • Full Name;
  • Full Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Account Number (USA) or IBAN (Europe);
  • SWIFT;
  • ABA and Bank Name (for USA only).

Portugal:
  • Full Name;
  • Full Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Bank Name;
  • IBAN.

Tele-Transfer
To use this service, you do not have to go to a RealTransfer branch, you just have to be registered and make a deposit or bank transfer to the following account:

After making the transfer or the identified deposit to a RealTansfer account, contact us by email: tele-envio-ao@realtransfer.pt, identify yourself and indicate the name(s) of the receiver(s) previously registered in our system. 

Once the customer and the receiver are identified, the transfer is made. You must be registered in our database in order to make the transfer. If you are not yet a RealTransfer customer, you must register at one of our branches and submit the required documents. If the receiver is not registered, he/she may go to one of our branches or send an email with the information to be registered.
